Alternating EMOM 16 (4 rounds) Minute 1: max cal bike Minute 2: Max Box Jumps 24″/20″ Minute 3: Max Air Squats Minute 4: Rest
Score is total cal and reps across all 4 rounds, so tally each round up on your rest minute. Large classes can stagger starting movements to accomodate the bike, but everyone should rest on the same minute.
