Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

During your intro class we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options or programs would work best for you to help you reach your goals!

We offer a free intro class bi-weekly on Sundays from 10AM-11AM. If you are interested in attending our next upcoming intro class, please feel free to fill out the form below and we will contact you to get you scheduled ASAP!
