Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

During your 1-on-1 introduction we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options or programs would work best for you.
