EMOM 30 – teams of 3 Minute 1: Calorie Row Minute 2: Chest-to-bar | pull Up | ring row Minute 3: Calorie Bike Minute 4: Hang Power Snatch 115/85 | 95/65 | 75/55 Minute 5: Rest
Partners will start at station 1, 2, and 3 and move through the movements. Partner that starts at 3 will end up resting first at the 5th minute and cycling so-forth. Calories on the row and bike should stay on the screen, but record total calories and reps across the 30 minutes for the score.
