DR. THEORDORE HOCH- LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
Dr. Ted Hoch is a licensed mental health professional with more than 40 years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families across a variety of ages, struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment to changing life circumstances. He has held faculty positions at George Mason University, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and elsewhere, and has provided consultation and training in Russia, China, Pakistan, the Kingdom of Jordan, Bulgaria, Nevis, and elsewhere. Primary treatment modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and, when working with individuals with a history of trauma, Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Admittedly, Dr. Hoch is not very good at burpees. This is fine, though. We all have worth, we all have purpose, and our lives are ahead of us.
