Murph Prep #1 Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes (6 rounds) 400m run 10 pull ups | assisted PU | ring rows 20 Push ups | knee push ups 30 air squats

First murph prep of the cycle, looking to complete the movements with a short break between each round. If unable to complete the rounds in 5 minutes, reduce the reps or drop to a 200m run.
