Skill:

4 Supersets of:
8-10 Feet Elevated Ring Rows
10-15 empty bar barbell bicep curls
Rest 2 minutes

Note: Working on our pulling strength for our pull ups with some ring rows/bicep curls. If we cannot perform feet elevated (feet should be at height of the rings), then perform with feet on the ground or at an incline.

WOD:

Death by: (10 min cap)
1 Burpee Box Jump Over 24″/20″ | burpee step over | shorter box
10 Alternating DB Snatch 50/35 | 35/25 | 25/15
*Add one BBJO each round completed, if failed to complete round, athletes should continue with the last completed rep scheme for the 10 minutes if possible*

Note:

We have a death by workout with a mandatory cap at 10 minutes. Snatches rep stays the same, but we’ll add one burpee box jump over each successful round.
