Workout – High reps today but weight should be fairly light for the volume. We should be able to hold at least sets of 10 for the deadlifts and thrusters for the entire workout. Pull ups – can reduce number if working on efficiency here to 75 or 50, but we should be able to complete the reps in less than 5 minutes.
