Weightlifting: Snatch 4×3 @ 80%

Weightlifting: Warm up sets do not count, all 4 sets at 80%. Drop and reset each rep, no more than 2 min rest between sets. Reminder to perform same lifts as on test day.

Conditioning: AMRAP 7 Max Wall Balls 20/14 **Every minute, starting on 0:00 perform 5 deadlifts 225/155**

Workout – total score is wall ball reps, however starting at 0 and every minute we must stop and perform 5 deadlifts which must be touch and go (no singles)
