Strength: In 20 minutes: Find 1RM Squat Snatch

Note: Finding a 1RM Squat snatch for the day. We worked on some technique work for speed into the catch on Wednesday, building some familiarity and comfort with the position. For those who cannot drop into the squat during the snatch, they must power and then complete an overhead squat.

Note: will continue our snatch focus here, using the burpees to fatigue us before lifting the barbell. The weight should be heavy enough to encourage quicker singles, so scaling weights should be heavier than normal and not be done touch-and-go.
