Skill: Ring Muscle Ups: Spend ~10 minutes working on kipping drills and ~10 minutes to accumulate 15 strict ring pull ups/rows, 25 ring dips. For those with MU, perform one max effort set of Ring MU, then 4 sets at 50% of max set.

Conditioning: AMRAP 9: 3 Ring Muscle Ups, 6 Handstand Push Ups, 9 Deadlifts 225/155.
