*During 10 seconds of rest you must HOLD BAR/DB IN FRONT RACK POSITION

Part II

4 rounds of
12 DB Deadlifts (sub w/ barbell)

9 DB Front Squats (sub w/ barbell)

12 DB Step ups (sub w/ weighted lunges)

Core WORK

100 flutter kicks

*every 20 reps stop and do 10 V-Ups
