Deadlift technique work

1 Deadlift at ~40-50% with 10s rise and 10s negative
Be conservative on the weight. Goal is to work on technique and posterior activation.
WOD:
For quality:
10 Rounds of max effort unbroken pull ups
Run 200m between every round (every time you break)
No rest between rounds
There are 9 total runs (in between each set, not at the end)
