Hey All-in’rs! When we kick off the All-in challenge we will be using the APP called SLACK. The slack app will allow us to communicate throughout the day and week about challenges, meal prep, grocery shopping upload some quick pictures and videos to help you and do some Q&A for the group. Another cool thing you can do with the APP is direct messaging a person or open a question up to the whole group. So, you can stay private or go public with some questions and concerns. This will be helpful for everyone and fun to keep up on peoples challenges and progress! See you there!!!
