Rest Day

Happy Wednesday everyone! The past few days have been tough as far as workouts, so take advantage of the days we don’t have classes and relax. Rest is very important when you are exercising regularly. You’ve all been working really hard and I can see the improvements in fitness already. So proud of all of you, keep it up 🙂

There may be some changes for this weekend’s class, but I’m not 100% sure yet. I’ll email you guys as soon as I figure it out, so keep an eye out for an email from me here in the next couple days.
