Beach Bods

It’s about that time everyone!! Beach season is right around the corner. The women in the picture above are from The CrossFit Games 2012. Every single one of these women have put an unbelievable amount of time and effort into their workouts to get where they are today. It’s this kind of hard work and dedication that should inspire the rest of the world to get fit. Many people think that muscle on women is unattractive and try to avoid working out too hard because they don’t want to “bulk up”. I don’t know about you guys, but I think these girls look AMAZING and anyone would be out of their mind not to want to look a little more like that.
I hope that some of you have looked into CrossFit a little if you hadn’t already heard about it before you joined KBC, and gotten some inspiration from it. Watching these people surpass their goals and accomplish things some of us wouldn’t even dream of really inspires me to push myself as hard as I can. If you’re having some trouble finding that inspiration to be the best that you can be, take a look into the lives of these women. Research a little on the CrossFit Games and the individual athletes. Read about the injuries they’ve had to overcome and continue to deal with. Look at their accomplishments. Where they started and how far they’ve come. They started as normal people, just like you and I. If they pushed through and got themselves to the fitness level they wanted to reach, why can’t you??
Today we’re going to do an ab blaster workout. If it hurts to laugh on Sunday.. you did it right.
