Bar Muscle Up Skill Work – 20 minutes of skill work or accumulate 20 bar muscle ups.

Skill – working on driving down with our lats, hips firing, turnover drills, ect for those working towards the MU.

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 6 Back Squats @ 50% 1RM 200m Run

Workout – A slightly different style of workout in which we’ll have 2 minutes to get 6 fairly light back squats in and immediately transition into a 200m run. We’re looking for 15-30s rest on each round, so scale the distance on the run if we’re not meeting this goal.
