WOD: AMRAP 12 – 100 Double Unders/200 Single Unders, 50 Air Squats, 500m/400m Row.
Workout – Low impact workout so that we don’t burn out for tomorrow’s Fall Brawl. Pace the air squats in a manner that we minimize rest but do not trip up too badly on the second/third set of Dus.
