Pause Deadlift- 4×5 at 70%, 1 second pause at 2″ off ground

Strength – the pause will be 2″ off the floor to ensure we’re not shooting our hips back and keeping our brace throughout the entire lift. Hands should not come off the bar, but these do not need to be touch-and-go.

AMRAP 15 200m run 10 Deadlifts 225/155 | 185/135 | 155/105 50 DU/50 SU

Workout – triplet with moderately short rounds, so lets pace the deadlifts (probably two sets of 5) so that we know we won’t trip on the DU and can push the run!
