Back Squat – 3×10 at 60%

Strength – starting off our strength cycle with 3 large sets. Volume will decrease over the cycle while the weight will continue to increase until we test out our 1RM.

For Time 15/12/9/6/3 Front Squat 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65 TTB | K2E | Knee raise or lying leg raise

Workout – simple couplet to continue our focus on our legs today. We want a weight on the bar that we could do unbroken when fresh, although we may not want to burn out quickly if it will affected our TTB
