Partner “Cindy” AMRAP 30 5 pull ups | banded/jumping | ring rows 10 push ups | knee push ups | incline push ups on box 15 air squats *non working partner is accumulating calories on the bike* **Partners can choose how many rounds they want to do before switching, but it must be consistent (every round, every 2 rounds, ect) and must finish full rounds. Score is total calories and rounds

Long time cap but we should need minimal time to warm up and set up as this only requires a rower and a rig. We’ll perform these in sets of 3 rounds before switching, giving the partner on the rower between 2:30 and 4 minutes to accumulate calories before switching.
