note: Looking for a moderate weight on the barbell, something that we could do 6 unbroken fairly easily. Workout is all about being smooth and consistent through the whole 10 rounds. For those that did the squats/thrusters yesterday, these wall balls should really flush those legs out and speed up recovery!
