We’ll be doing whichever snatch you’re most comfortable with today as normally the open will allow you to pick on the heavy barbell.

3RFT 400m run 20 Alt DB Snatch 50/35 | 35/25 | 25/15 60′ DB Single Arm OH Lunge (30′ one arm, 30′ other arm)

Workout – We should be plenty primed for our snatches and overhead lunges, but we’ll be adding 5′ each direction than what we normally see in the open. We should not have to break up either of the 30′ stretches.
