Deadlift EMOM – 8 6 Reps building from 60%, not to exceed 85%

Strength – try to match the weights you did on 12/6 for the 5 reps or increase slightly.

For Time: 15 min cap 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 Back Squats 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65 Strict Pull Ups | assisted | ring rows

Workout – Working on turning a pure-strength couplet into a cardio piece. Squats should be unbroken or no more than 2 sets so we don’t have to clean the bar up from the floor as much. Pull Ups can be done however as transition time is shorter.
