Gymnastic Superset: 4 Rounds: Max Strict Pull Ups Max Strict Ring Dips Rest 90s

Strength – classic push/pull split today, for scaling with bands, lets shoot for 5-10 reps on each movement for round one, expecting to drop one or two reps each round.

Workout – Simple deadlift ladder in which we’ll be breaking up the monotony with 10 wall balls after each set (besides the last). For scaling lets look to start with an easy first 2-3 rounds where we’ll most likely drop to singles or small sets for the last round or two.
