Halloween WOD: This halloween themed workout will really challenge the grip and your legs. By the end, we expect you to be walking like a zombie! Deadlift weight should be something we could do at least 5 unbroken, although we may want to do quick singles switching with our partner if we need to. Split reps however, one works/one rests. Farmer Carry should be set up in 50′ sections so that partners can switch at even distances.
