Gymnastic Strength: 5 rounds of 5 strict pull ups & 20 hollow rocks, rest 60 seconds

Strength – we’ll be adding a core element after each set of pull ups today. Those proficient are encouraged to do weighted pull ups, those scaling should choose a band height that will really challenge them to get 5 reps each set.

Workout – Grettel should be a workout with a weight we can move quickly. Pick one thing to push and one to pace (either singles and quick burpees, or touch and go and slower burpees).
