Every 5 minutes for 15 minutes (3 rounds) 21 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ | step overs | shorter box 15/12 Calorie Row 9 Burpee Box Get Overs 40″/30″ ** scale height accordingly **

Workout – adaptation from the 2023 crossfit games and introducing box get overs. Complete the 3 movements as fast as possible, resting until the 5 minute mark and then repeating twice. For box get overs we may run out of boxes, so larger classes can switch so some athletes start on the 9 get overs and finish on the box jump overs. You do not need to stand up on these, but you do have to get your whole body over the boxes (don’t drag feet around the side of them)
