Squat Snatch w/ 2 second hold in catch 5×2 at 70-80%

Snatch: Working on control in the catch today with the 2 second pause. Use this pause to evaluate if your weight is balanced evenly in your feet, or if you feel yourself drifting to the toes or heels.

For Time: 15 min cap 20/18/16/14/12/10/8/6/4/2 Alternating DB Snatch 50/35 | 35/25 | 25/15 DB Lunge (single DB, suitcase carry) 50/35 | 35/25 | 25/15

Workout – all we need is a single DB today and the reps drop each round, so don’t let this seem to daunting. The caveat today is that our lunges are suitcase carry, so must be carried down to the side by one hand and activating the core will be much more challenging. Switch as needed for the arms, but ensure we’re training evenly!
