Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk 5 sets at 75-85%

All 5 sets at the prescribed percentages. First clean is a squat clean, so if you do need to power it, you will end up squatting twice before your jerk. Power or split.

Workout – All three movements are core-intensive, so lets keep that in mind for the duration of the workout. KB SDHP is a new movement for us, but it should actually allow us to stay more upright and not bend our back as much as with the barbell.
