Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Squat Clean 6 sets at 70-80%

Keeping our focus on the clean today, all sets should be 70-80%. Lets focus on a smooth leg drive on the first pull, keeping our arms relaxed and then being aggressive on our turnover.

The combination of today’s workout will fatigue our legs making our TTBs get harder, so really try and focus on using your core to rotate your abs up and then kick, rather than swinging the legs all the way for a loop.
