Snatch Deadlift – 5×5 All sets at 100-120% of 1RM snatch (no more)

Keep the weights at the prescribed and work on staying relaxed in the arms, elbows externally rotated and a smooth, quad dominant first pull (don’t shoot the hips back!)

Workout – Pace the row if needed, but we want to go big on our strength movements today. Ensrue the goblet squat does not allow the KB to rest on your body even though these are heavy!
