Power Snatch + Squat Snatch 5 sets starting at 60% and building.

For those still working on the squat snatch, it is acceptable to power both and then squat as low as possible after the second snatch. Lets build as much as possible, with a goal end weight of 80-85% of our squat snatch.

Purgatory: Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 rounds) Row 12/10 Calories Deadlifts 185/135 | 135/95 | 95/65 **Deadlift reps go up each rounds** Minute 0: 5 reps Minute 2: 10 Reps Minute 4: 15 reps Minute 6: 20 Reps Minute 8: 25 reps Minute 10: 30 Reps Minute 12: 35 reps

Workout – titled purgatory because this is a classic death by rep scheme, however if you fail the reps at any round, you will continue each round with the last successfully completed rep scheme (although we don’t expect you to finish that rep scheme for each remaining round with fatigue). Meaning – if you fail on the 5th round and only g et 22 out fo the 25 deadlifts, rounds 6 and 7 you will try to get 20 deadlifts on each round.
