Power Clean and Jerk – 5 doubles at 70%, 75%, 80%, 80%, 85% **Of power clean and jerk** 20 minute clock

We’ll run a 20 minute clock today, but if we limit our rest to 2 minutes we shouldn’t need the full time. Doubles – drop and reset between the reps, jerk is athlete choice but clean should be a power today.

Rowing Time Trials 1k Row – Rest 2 minutes 500m Row – Rest 2 minutes 250m Row

This week has been pretty intensive, so we’re going to use the wod today to test some time trials for our row. Lets shoot to drop about 5-10 seconds off our 500m pace as we reduce the distance, going all out on our 250m.
