Front Squat – Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: 0-2: 8 Front Squats: 67% 2-4: 6 Front Squats: 72% 4-6: 4 Front Squats: 77% 6-8: 8 Front Squats: 72% 8-10 6 Front Squats: 77% 10-12: 4 Front Squats: 82%

Similar to 6/26 except 2% heavier across all sets – this is an E2MOM workout with a wave style rep scheme. We will be adding 5% every set except for set 4, which will drop slightly so we end higher on set 6.

“Angry Annie” – 15 min cap 50/40/30/20/10 Double Unders (2:1 for single unders) 25/20/15/10/5 Ab Mat Sit Ups V-Ups

Taking a modification to Annie that will split the core reps in half, adding in the harder variation of V-Ups in there.
