Power Clean + Push Jerk: 15 minutes 5×3 at 65%, 70%, 70%, 75%, 75% of Power Clean or Push Jerk # 2 minutes or less rest

Weightlifting – triples today, but these are NOT touch and go. Regardless of preferred clean and jerk, these must be power and push. Limit rest to 2 minutes or less

We’re taking a riff on DT today in which we will run through the entire rep range of DT without partitioning. Because of this, we’ve dropped the barbell load slightly. Break the deadlifts more than you expect to save the grip!
