Squat Conditioning: Every minute for 10 minutes: 3 front squats at 60% of 1RM ***Continual shuttle run when not squatting*

We’re going to be mixing up our squats today and working on staying braced and engaged even while fatigued/breathing hard. We’ll have a 10 minute emom with 3 front squats at 60% which should normally be a light weight and low rep range. Immediately after finishing the third rep, we’ll rack the bar and perform a moderate, continual 25′ shuttle run to keep our heart rate up. Ensure we still brace and execute our squats properly!

Workout – lots of squats today, but weight should be moderate to light, so lets push the pace here.
