Power Snatch, Hang Squat Snatch, overhead Squat 6 sets between 70-80% 1RM power snatch

Straightforward complex, power snatch from floor, hang on to the bar and hang squat snatch from knee into an overhead squat. If we’re struggling with the squat snatch, it is okay to perform power and then squat as low as possible to finish the rep, followed by an additional squat.

This workout will be targeting the core more than you expect between the run, Snatches, and the weighted sit ups. Snatches should be heavier, quick singles are likely the best route today.
