Each movement today should be a rep range thats outside of our comfort zone. Lets try and complete the movements in 2-4 sets, using the first part of the row to recover and then to pick up the pace on the second half. Snatches are traditional alternating, and weight should be something we can complete unbroken (but may choose not to)
