Squat Snatch: 20 minutes to find a heavy or 1RM

Today is all about building to a heavy number and does not need to be a max out day unless feeling great. Lets stick with the squat snatch, so if we hit our heavy well under the time cap, drop to 80% of that weight and hit 3-5 singles in the remaining time frame.

Grace For time: 9 minute cap 30 Clean and jerks 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65

We should be plenty primed from our snatches to go into our clean and jerks, so we’ll take Grace for a spin today. We’re shooting for the 3-5 minute range here, so lets not go so heavy that we can’t at least perform quick singles for the whole time.
