Front Squat – Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes: 0-2: 8 Front Squats: 65% 2-4: 6 Front Squats: 70% 4-6: 4 Front Squats: 75% 6-8: 8 Front Squats: 70% 8-10 6 Front Squats: 75% 10-12: 4 Front Squats: 80%

Strength – this is an E2MOM workout with a wave style rep scheme. We will be adding 5% every set except for set 4, which will drop slightly so we end higher on set 6.

3RFT – 15 min cap 27 Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 | 10/6 21 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ | Step Overs | Smaller Box 15 Power Cleans 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65

Workout – only 3 rounds today but we’ll be fighting for big sets today. Try not to break more than once on the WB and box jumps. Quick singles are okay for the cleans but we should be able to do 15 in under 2 minutes to make the time cap!
