Today’s workout will be 30 total rounds, with the barbell movement increasing in degree of difficulty every 10 rounds. The time cap is aggressive but achievable, so try and push the pace on the first two movements, with the barbell being unbroken or very quick singles. The burpee + push up will be a burpee and a double push up, so instead of flopping down and jumping up, once the chest hits the deck you will press back up in push up form, lower back down and then jump up.
