We’ll be bouncing back and forth between the farmer carry and the barbell movement. Farmer carry will be only one set of KBs, partners should switch at the 200m turnaround mark. Weight on the barbell will be indicated by the snatches, but should be a weight we can maintain sets of 5-10 on all movements throughout the workout.
