Workout – Inverse rep range today with emphasis on barbell cycling. We’ll get our squats out of the way early, but because of this the legs will be smoked by the time we get to the last sets of jerks. Try and utilize your glutes and hips here, driving down under the bar to limit the distance we have to press overhead.
