Partner “Cindy” 30 rounds for time (40 min cap) 5 pull ups | banded/jumping | ring rows 10 push ups | knee push ups | incline push ups on box 15 air squats – each partner must complete three rounds at a time, partner #2 rows for calories while partner #1 completes 3 rounds, then switch. Score is total Calories on the rower + time to complete.

Long time cap but we should need minimal time to warm up and set up as this only requires a rower and a rig. We’ll perform these in sets of 3 rounds before switching, giving the partner on the rower between 2:30 and 4 minutes to accumulate calories before switching.
