Deadlift: 15 minutes 1×5 at 75% rest 60-90s 1×3 at 80% rest 60-90s 2×2 at 85% rest 60-90s 1 max set at 85%

Strength – we’re going to be doing 5 sets at 75-85%. First set should be sets of 5 at 75% then 1 set of 3 at 80%, 2 sets of 2 at 85%. The final set will be a max effort set to form failure, so we should see an increase in reps overall here.

Workout – Taking an inverse approach to DT today, with a different stimulus in performing via DBs (with some DUs to break up the monotony). Choose a weight that we can perform the S2O unbroken at least on the first few sets! Deadlift standard is only the front head of the DB touching the ground.
