Weightlifting: Jerk Conditioning: E2MOM for 10 (5 rounds) 3-4 Jerks (push or split) at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 75%

Jerk Conditioning – athletes choice on push or split. Shoot for 4 reps across all rounds, but as the percentages increase we may drop to 3 reps. We should not rerack the barbell until we get our reps complete, so rest in front rack if needed.

3RFT: 15 min cap 500/400m Row 12 Overhead Squats 115/85 | 95/65 | 75/55 18 Ring Dips | Banded Dips | Bench Dips

Workout – A little grippy today, so try and relax on that rower. Squats and KB swings should be able to be done in no more than 2 sets.
