Strength – Back Squat + Cossack Squats E3MOM for 15 minutes (5 rounds) 5 Back Squats at 70-75% 10 Cossack Squats (5/side)

Strength – pairing back squats with cossack squats today to add a lateral element to our squatting. For those that are challenged by this, perform body weight and work on depth. If proficient, add a light KB in a goblet carry during the cossacks.

5 RFT ( 12 min cap) 200m run 10 Single DB Box Step Up 50/35 | 35/20 | 25/10

Workout – finishing off our legs with a simple pairing of running and step ups. Hold the DB however, but the weight should be one we can do 10 reps each round without setting the DB down. Today’s box step ups will be rX at normal 24″/20″ height, with scaling reducing the height and/or load.
