This has been an intensive week, so we’re going to be performing a named cardio workout today. Large classes can stagger the starting positions so accommodate the bike. The named workout does not scale the distance or calories for women, so if you don’t think you can row at a 3 minute 500m pace or run a mile in under 12 minutes. scale to the following: 1600m row, 70 cal bike, 1200m run.
