Push Press: 4×5 building from 60% of 1RM Jerk

Push Press – we’re starting at about 60% of our 1RM jerk and building from there. For some, they will be able to make big jumps if they do not have a solid jerk, but for others this may start tough and will only build slightly. Last set or two should be challenging.

Workout – Goal here is to go unbroken or no more than 2 sets on the jerks, with slow and steady pacing on the burpee box jumps. Use the run to recover if possible and push the other two movements.
