Strict Pull Ups – One Max Effort set followed by 4 sets at 60% of that number

Strength – for those without strict pull ups, or even those with just one or two, lets use bands today and less assistance than normal to make this challenging. Looking for 8-10 reps on the first set.

Nice Nancy – 12 min cap 5RFT 200m run 15 Overhead Squats 75/55 | 45/35 | Front Squats

Workout – a nicer version of nancy with less running and a lighter weight on the bar today so we don’t overdo it before the second open workout.
